OHA wins CSSHL Bantam Prep Championship

Penticton, BC –Tanner Bahm and Connor Bouchard each scored twice as the Okanagan Hockey Academy scored three times in the final frame en route to a 5-1 win over the Pursuit of Excellence, capturing the inaugural Canadian Sport School Hockey League Bantam Prep Division Championship.

BantamPrepChampsCrop.jpgRiley Krane also tallied for Okanagan, while Brandon Peacock turned aside 27 shots in net.

Max Kryski scored the lone goal of the game for Pursuit, which got 28 saves from netminder Jordan Wilde.

Krane opened the scoring, giving Okanagan a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes, which turned into a 2-1 lead going into the final frame.

The Delta Hockey Academy defeated the Edge School for Athletes by a score of 9-3 in the Bantam Prep Division Third Place Game.
