Knowles scores, BC falls to Atlantic

BCvsAlbertaGame2WomensU18Crop.jpgOkanagan Hockey Academy’s Olivia Knowles (Campbell River, BC) opened the scoring but it was all the offence Team BC could find on Thursday morning as they dropped a 2-1 decision to Team Atlantic on Day 2 of the 2015 National Women’s U18 Championship in Huntsville, Ontario.

Knowles opened the scoring with a shot from the point on the power-play 4:08 into the game, her first goal of the tournament,

Team BC outshot Team Atlantic by a count of 27-15.

Team BC will take on Team Ontario Blue in their third and final game of the round robin on Friday (1:30pm PT).
