  • Featuring on-ice sessions with Meaghan Mikkelson
  • Daily off-ice sessions include dryland training, skills training, joga* and concussion management
  • 2.5 hours of on-ice daily

About Meaghan Mikkelson:

Meaghan Mikkelson is a two-time Olympic gold medal-winning, and one-time Olympic silver medal-winning Defenceman with the Canadian National Team. She appeared in seven World Championships with Team Canada, winning gold in 2012 and being named the Best Defenceman at the 2011 event.

Prior to her time with the Canadian National Women's Team, Mikkelson won two NCAA National Championships and was named the 2007 NCAA Defensive Player of the Year and was a finalist for the Patty Kazmaier Award as the Top Female Collegiate Player.
