Program Highlights:

• On and off ice WHL Combine Testing
• Personal report identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses
• Progressive on ice and off ice training program to target common areas of weakness
• 4 weeks – July 18 – Aug 12, 2022  Monday-Friday
• 1.25 hours of ice per day
• Daily strength and conditioning session
• Professional coaching on and off the ice
• Take home work out plan
• Work out gear – shorts/t-shirt
• Souvenir jersey

Week 1 Focus:

Off ice – building a base

On ice – edge work, skating mechanics

Week 2 Focus:

Off ice – Building strength

On ice – movement focus, transition skating, agility

Week 3 Focus:

Off ice – Developing power

On ice – quick starts, explosive power, lateral acceleration 

Week 4 Focus:

Off ice – Prep for season or try outs

On ice – over speed, tempo, execution, pace of play, decision making
