Camps Cancelled due to COVID-19
Any person registered in an Okanagan Hockey Camp that is cancelled by Okanagan Hockey Group due to COVID -19 will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to original forms of payment.
Customer Cancelled Camps
Customers may cancel any summer camp up to 11:59PM on April 30,, 2021 and will receive a full refund less a $75 administrative fee per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.
Camps cancelled after April 30, 2021 are not eligible for any refund or credits. There are no exceptions. Customers do have the option to register online and purchase Refund Insurance offered by Active Networks which will provide cancellation coverage up until 2 days before the camp starts.
